About MARGARET:
Margaret Deavours is a native of Laurel, MS and holds a B.S. from the University of Southern Mississippi. After a successful career of over 15 years in the field of education and recreation for persons with disabilities, she relocated from Georgia back to Mississippi to be closer to family. For 2 ½ years Margaret worked in the corporate world as an outside sales representative selling technology hardware. She obtained her real estate license in June of 2003 and by December of that year was already a top producing agent at Coldwell Banker Graham & Assoc. She consistently performs in the top 20% of Coldwell Banker agents internationally. Margaret has developed her business by focusing on exemplary customer service and as a result over 90% of her business is repeat customers or referrals. She has held the designations of Certified Residential Specialist since 2005 and Accredited Buyer Representative since 2009.

Margaret believes in having a balanced life and enjoys swimming, running and biking, walking her dogs, entertaining and socializing with friends. She enjoys giving back to the community and volunteers in various capacities, primarily through her involvement at St. James Episcopal Church in Jackson.
